SPECIALIST ENGINE COMPONENTS ENGINEERING-BACKED SUPPORT
WEBSITE & SALES TERMS
Clear terms for
specialist engine parts.
These terms apply to use of the MotoFinda website and to products ordered through its connected checkout or accepted quotation. Product-specific written terms take priority where they differ.
01PRODUCT INFORMATION
Condition and scope matter.
Listings identify products as new, used or reconditioned and describe the supplied scope as accurately as reasonably possible. Photographs may show the actual item or a representative view where stated. Availability, final condition and included ancillaries remain subject to confirmation.
02COMPATIBILITY
Engine codes are only the starting point.
The customer must provide accurate vehicle, engine, casting and size information. MotoFinda will assist with identification, but fitment must be confirmed before installation. Do not machine, modify or fit a product if any identification detail is uncertain.
03PRICE & PAYMENT
The confirmed order is the commercial record.
Prices are in South African rand unless stated otherwise. A product, courier or freight price may change before an order is accepted if stock, specification or destination differs from the listing. Online payments are processed through the connected Shopify and Yoco checkout; approved EFT orders are confirmed separately.
04DELIVERY
Delivery depends on the component.
Standard parcels, heavy components and engines may use different delivery methods. Dispatch timing starts after payment, compatibility and stock are confirmed. Customers should inspect packaging and the item promptly and keep photographs if damage or a shortage is suspected.
05RETURNS & WARRANTY
Contact us before taking action.
Do not fit, machine, strip or alter an item that may need to be returned. Return eligibility and any warranty depend on the product, its supplied terms, installation requirements and applicable law. Product-specific warranty wording on the listing, quotation or invoice forms part of the order.

South African law continues to apply.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under South African consumer and electronic-transactions law.
